The morning of day six we visited Casa Loma. Such a beautiful spot, the mansion has gorgeous rooms with many secret passageways.
One section of the castle. I don't think it is possible to get it all into one picture.
Kirstin and myself with our tour guide gadgets around our necks!
Cherisse took this photo of Kirstin, Ashtin, Alan and myself up on the balcony!

Sir Henry Pellatt's Bedroom
This is a dragon lamp from inside Mr. Pellatt's bedroom that went missing years ago after they lost their home. It turned up a few years ago in the figure-skater Toller Cranston's private collection and I can't remember if he donated it back or they bought it back. Nice story anyways, and it's back where it belongs.
Mrs. Pellatt's Headboard trimmed with real gold.
Balcony and grounds from an upstairs bedroom
Kirstin, Ashtin and Cherisse heading up into the turrets. Somewhere I couldn't go but they did have an old fashioned elevator to take me up to the second and third floors.

Now on to some pics of the beautiful gardens

Ashtin & Kirstin in the secret garden
Alan &I
This was the best we could do to get as much of the castle in one pic.
p.s. I was planning on doing a couple of days in this blog but unfortunately I went a little crazy with the pics and for that reason only got Monday morning done. lol
